The Pennyrile Area Development District announces the availability of Request for Proposals for Competitive Negotiations for the procurement of aging services provided under Title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965 and state-funded programs. The Pennyrile Area Development District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding and the right to award the contract(s) on any combination of proposals received and make such changes as may be necessary to benefit the aging programs. All proposals shall be submitted via https://www.peadd.org/fy27-29-hfs-rfp on or before 10:00 a.m. CDT, Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
