January 2019 PADD Board of Directors Meeting
The PADD Board of Directors held their monthly meeting on Monday, January 14, 2019 at the PADD Office in Hopkinsville. Vice Chair Scott Marshall welcomed everyone to the meeting with a special welcome to the new PADD Board Members. Federal reports were provided by representatives of Senator Mitch McConnell, Senator Rand Paul and Congressman James Comer. State reports were provided Senator Robby Mills, Representative Walker Thomas and representatives from the Department for Local Government and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Staff reports were also provided. Calhoun & Company, PLLC presented the FY 18 Audit. Pennyrile ADD received a clean, unmodified audit report with no findings. The PADD Board voted to approve the FY 18 Audit Report as presented. Mr. Bart Frazer gave a Nominating Committee Report with a motion to rotate current officer positions of Board Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary per Pennyrile ADD Bylaws with a recommendation to elect Judge Hollis Alexander, Trigg Co., to fill the vacant position of Treasurer. Motion seconded and carried. Installation of Officers followed with Judge Steve Tribble administering the Oath of Office. Mr. Jason Vincent reported the PADD Executive Committee met earlier today and reviewed the FY 19 Budget Amendments, which were approved by the Board as presented. A Corporate Resolution and Transportation Resolution 2019-01 were also approved as presented.
