Western Kentucky Veterans Center Fall Festival

​​A Fall Festival was held at the Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson Kentucky on October 23rd from 10-2 pm, in honor of Residents Rights Month.   Americorp Member and Certified Ombudsman, Cindy Stonebraker attended the event.  The festival was held outside at the Pavillion and included a meal of Chili, Hotdogs, drinks and deserts.  Game stations, including bean bag toss, were set up for residents, visitors and families.  Deputy VA Commissioner, Heather French Henry, was crowned honorary Queen of WKVC.  A great day was had by all in attendance.
