29th Annual Pride of the Pennyrile

​Participants enjoyed a beautiful day at the 29th Annual Pride of the Pennyrile Industry Appreciation Event held at Lake Barkley State Resort Park on Thursday, September 28, 2017. The Pennyrile Area Development District and Economic Development professionals and volunteers from each county host the Industry Appreciation event annual to say "thank you" to the major employers of the Pennyrile region for their contributions to our economy. Commissioner Donnie Holland, Kentucky State Park System and Pennyrile ADD Executive Director Jason Vincent welcomed guests who participated in golf and boating activities and a delicious lunch and dinner. Gary Jones, Executive Director for Muhlenberg Alliance for Progress was the emcee for the event. Thanks to our sponsors and local businesses that donated door prizes!
