West Kentucky Regional Workforce Planning Session

​New workforce regulations now require a regional planning effort by combining planning activities of the West Kentucky Workforce Board and the Green River Workforce Board to produce a Regional Workforce Plan.  The first West Kentucky Regional Planning Session will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the JobNet Career Center, 755 Industrial Road, Madisonville.  Representatives from West Kentucky Workforce and Green River Workforce Boards, Economic Development, Chambers of Commerce, Education and Workforce Partner Agencies are joining together to discuss the regional labor market and devise a plan for regional collaboration and innovation.  The Regional Plan is due for public review June 14, 2017.  Please contact Cindy Massie at [email protected] if you are able to participate in this joint effort.
