The State Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) program is available to assist individuals with open enrollment. To schedule an appointment, contact your local senior center. SHIP provides free, personalized health insurance counseling.

- Hopkins County: October 17
- Livingston County: October 29
- Lyon County: October 15
- Muhlenberg County: October 14

• Compare Plans based on coverage, costs and quality rating
• Switch between Medicare Advantage Plans
• Switch from traditional Medicare to Medicare Advantage Plan, or vice versa
• Elect or switch between Medicare Part D prescription drug plans
