Bedspread Pizza Party Held for Residents
Today was ALL ABOUT RESIDENTS!!! Today we celebrated residents rights. Thanks to the generous community support during the Forgotten Angels program, we were able to celebrate residents rights to individuality. We were able to provide all 45 residents at The Oaks Personal Care Home in Madisonville with a new bedspread. Each resident picked a bedspread of their choice for their room. Then we celebrated with a feast that included a pizza party and many other goodies! The residents were so humble and grateful!! They must have said at least 150 times “Thank you”. Many thanks to everyone who supported Forgotten Angels. You are the real hero’s that made this all possible!
