Sheila coordinates all workforce activities for the WKWB within the Purchase/Pennyrile Workforce Developemnt Area covering the 17 western-most counties of Kentucky. The WKWB works in conjunction with the Purchase Area Development District, Mayfield, and the Pennyrile Area Development District, Hopkinsville. Sheila is located at the Pennyrile ADD office in Hopkinsville.

Cindy Cummings
MIS / Financial Coordinator
Cindy assists with fiscal management of the West KY Workforce Board in regards to LWIOA, State and Department of Labor policies. She prepares and oversees all individual, administrative, and contractual program budgets for various workforce programs. She also maintains a computerized accounting system for financial data of individual contracts, individual funding categories, and overall tracking of LWIOA expenditures accompanied by preparing all required financial reports for submission to the state/DOL. Cindy is located in the Pennyrile ADD office in Hopkinsville.

Training / Data Specialist
Tammy is responsible for data management/reporting associated with Kentucky Enterprise Exchange (KEE Suite & Salesforce (KIBES). She works directly with training providers requesting to be on the local Eligible Training Provider List. Tammy is located in Hopkinsville at the Pennyrile ADD office.

Workforce Program Assistant
Cindy prepares correspondence and documents for the WKWB Director. She records minutes of all WKWB Board and committee meetings and assists in updating board memberships and submitting documents to the state. Cindy also assists the MIS/Financial Coordinator with disbursement of invoices.

Business Liaison
MaryAnne provides employment-related services to businesses in the Purchase counties. She serves as the primary contact for the Chambers of Commerce activities and local business groups. She also matches business services of all workforce partner agencies to the needs of employers. MaryAnne is located at the Purchase ADD office in Mayfield.

Veterans Transition Liaison
Derek works with various military contacts at Fort Campbell under the Soldier for Life Transition program to connect transitioning military and spouses with local employers. Employers can contact him with special requests for assistance to make referrals for specific job skills.
