ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Pennyrile Area Development District (PeADD) is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Health & Family Services Department.
This position provides administrative support for daily operations, client record management, meeting/event support and program coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review, organize, and maintain client records and case manager documentation
- Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling and taking minutes
- Communicate with staff regarding documentation and program needs
- Maintain supplies, calendars, and administrative tracking logs
- Compile newsletter and program brochures
- Perform general office duties including phones, copying, scanning and correspondence
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, OneDrive, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
