Kentucky Family Caregiver Program
When parents are absent or unable to raise their children, grandparents often step in to provide a loving and stable home. While raising grandchildren can be incredibly rewarding — offering a deeper bond and keeping families together — it can also bring financial and emotional challenges.
The Kentucky Family Caregiver Program was created to support grandparents who have taken on the role of primary caregiver. Through financial assistance and support groups this program helps ease the burden and ensure grandchildren thrive.
