This Group includes PADD Program Coordinator; PADD Deputy Director and the Council Chairman.  This group will:

1. Maintain accountability of all funds
2. Approve/Deny request for funds
3. Request additional data or justifications for request for expenditures
4. Prepare Finance Report (ongoing and quarterly meetings)
5. Gather-Prepare Request for funds for upcoming FY
6. Maintain Strict adherence to Regional,  State and Federal guidelines
