The PRCC Chairman appoints Sub-Committee Chairmen, who assign members as necessary.

The Working Group Sub-Committee meets Bi-Monthly, and is responsible for setting Action Steps to meet Strategic Goals and Objectives of the Council.

The Working Group interacts and communicates with all committees.
