The Point of Contact for this group is Tim Thomas.  Madisonville is currently sponsoring several different Neighborhood Watch groups in the city - we hope to have more specific information on locations and contacts soon.

Tim Thomas is President of the Kentucky State Crime Stoppers Association, Incorporated.  He'll oversee Crime Stoppers organizations across the state, and will be responsible for formulating a strategic growth plan for the association, as well as putting together a public relations campaign for the state.  He is President of Hopkins County Crime Stoppers, Inc, and serves on many local boards.
