One of the oldest and best known crime prevention concepts in history, Neighborhood Watch was created to unite law enforcement agencies, private organizations, and individual citizens in a massive effort to reduce residential crime.

 The Council presented a Certificate of Excellence to the Bryan Street Neighborhood Watch program for actions taken in 2009.

We are beginning to have a very active neighborhood watch program in the Pennyrile Region.  Hopkins County Sheriff Frank Latham is the regional working group Chair.    Our regional Neighborhood Watch Coordinator is Bill Hoover
