Sheila coordinates all workforce activities for the WKWIB within the Purchase/Pennyrile Workforce Investment Area covering the 17 western-most counties of Kentucky.  The WKWIB works in conjuction with the Purchase Area Development District, Mayfield, and the Pennyrile Area Development District, Hopkinsville.  She is located at the Pennyrile ADD office in Hopkinsville.

Craig coordinates all workforce-related programs administered by the ADD and coordinates the activities of the Career Centers and affiliate sites in the Pennyrile region.  He also coordinates grant implementation and is the training provider contact person. He is also located the at Pennyrile ADD office, Hopkinsville.

Barbara Abendroth - Workforce Assistant

Barbara is responsible for program oversight including onsite program monitoring, program technical assistance, program planning, and program development. She assists on-site at the Career Centers with customer tracking issues. She provides individual and group staff training. She assists with data/performance reviews of program outcomes. She often represents the workforce area in local and regional program planning meetings.

Julie Allen - Workforce Program Specialist

Julie assists with the coordination of the WIA Youth and Dislocated Worker programs. She provides coordination in On-the-Job training and other business services. She also provides technical assistance to program contractors and is involved in related procurement activities.  Julie is housed at the Pennyrile ADD office in Hopkinsville.

Melissa Buntin - Workforce Liaison

Melissa works directly with training providers in establishing Individual Training Accounts (ITA's) for program customers. She assists with the data entry and tracking of workforce and training-related information. She provides support to WIA staff in technology-related areas and serves as a contact for businesses.  Melissa is at the Pennyrile ADD office in Hopkinsville.

Kathy Carr - Workforce Services Specialist

Kathy provides employment-related services to customers in the Hopkinsville area, determines program eligibility, conducts assessments, and offers career counseling to individuals.  She is located at Breathitt Career Center, Hopkinsville.

Cindy assists with fiscal management of the West KY Workforce Investment Board.  She prepares administrative and program budgets and contracts for various workforce programs.  She assists all program vendors and is located at the Pennyrile ADD office in Hopkinsville.

Eugenia Davis - Workforce Services Specialist

Eugenia provides employment-related services to customers in the Hopkinsville area, determines program eligibility, conducts assessments, and offers career counseling to individuals.  She also serves as a contact with our Fort Campbell customers.  She is located at Breathitt Career Center, Hopkinsville, and Fort Campbell Career Center, Fort Campbell.

Sabrina Bledsoe - Workforce Assistant

Sabrina is responsible for processing invoices for payment weekly for the Financial Coordinator. She also assists the Youth Coordinator with case notes, youth timesheets, and program procurement.  She is involved with the On-the-Job Training program by being responsible for tracking Master Agreements and Individual Training Agreements, processing OJT invoices for payment, and performing follow-ups.  Sabrina is located part time at the Pennyrile ADD office in Hopkinsville.

Tammy Hyde - Data/Program Specialist

Tammy is responsible for data management/reporting associated with Kentucky Employment Operating System (EKOS).  She works directly with training providers in establishing Individual Training Accounts (ITA's) for program customers.  She also assists with customer orientation and other training issues.  Tammy is located in Hopkinsville at the Pennyrile ADD office.

Ann Oldham - Coal Programs Liaison

Ann provides employment-related services to coal industry businesses in the coal counties of the Pennyrile.  She matches business services of all workforce partner agencies to the needs of employers.  She works to coordinate the US Dept. of Labor High Growth Kentucky Coal Grant services with employer needs.  Ann is located at JobNet in Madisonville.

Kimberly Still - Participant Services Specialist

Kim works with industy in the northern part of the PADD area,  providing employment and program related services. She is located at JobNet in Madisonville.

Karen coordinates a program for non-custodial parents called "Right Choice." She also serves in a case management capacity that includes eligibility determination, assessment activities, and counseling for individuals entering workforce-funded programs.
