Pat manages the GIS at PADD, and is the primary contact for maintenance of Transportation Centerlines, and the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority's water and wastewater spatial data, and the new Homeland Security dataset. Pat is a certified GIS Professional (GISP).

| Jim works with various data projects, including GIS, the Citizen Corps, Hazard Mitigation Planning, regional broadband, census information, 911 Systems, and the NIMSCAST. He is PADD's primary website coordinator, and takes the majority of the organization's photos. Jim is a certified GIS Professional (GISP), and is a retired Army Colonel. |
