Van Knight, Caldwell County Judge Executive, served on the PADD board from 1994 to 2007, and was the Board Chairman at his death. Van served on the board of the Kentucky Association of Counties, and was named one of Kentucky's top Judge/Executives in 2000.

Gale Cherry
Mayor of Princeton
Gale Cherry, Mayor of Princeton, re-joined the PADD board in January 2007. She is the Chair of Renaissance on Main, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Elks and Kiwanis Clubs. She has a Master of Science degree from the University of Louisville.

John Evans, a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with 37 years service, is currently banking part-time. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Kentucky School of Banking, and Chairman of the Board of Outwood in Dawson Springs. He enjoys working on his 1954 Buick.

Levi Oliver

Levi Oliver, retired County Agricultural Agent for the University of Kentucky, has served on the PADD board since May 1973. Levi received the Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of County Agricultural Agents, and the Outstanding Citizen Award from the Princeton Kiwanis Club. Levi received a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Murray State University and the University of Kentucky, and his Masters of Science Degree at the University of Kentucky in 1951.

Steve Tribble
Steve Tribble, Christian County Judge Executive, has served on the PADD Board since January 1994. Steve received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Murray State University in 1971. He retired from the Kentucky Corrections Cabinet in 1992, and enjoys hunting, sports and motorcycle riding.

Dan Kemp
Dan Kemp, Mayor of Hopkinsville, has served on the PADD board since January 2007. Mayor Kemp received his BS from Murray State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky. He served in the US Army.

Austin Moss is the chairman of the Christian County Board of Education and vice president for human resources at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. He has served on the PADD board since July 2005.

Bernard Standard
Citizen Representative
Executive Director of the Hopkinsville Human Relations Commission, Bernard has served on the PADD board since July 1992. He has three children and four grandchildren, and is a US Navy veteran. Secretary of Pioneers, Inc, he is an active member of Virginia St Baptist Church, where he teaches Sunday School and sings in the chorus.

John Thomas, the owner of Honda, Suzuki & Kawasaki of Hopkinsville, has served on the PADD board since July 2006. He is a graduate of Hopkinsville High School and Murray State University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Cadiz, and is active in several trade organizations.

Fred Brown, Crittenden County Judge/Executive, has served on the PADD board since April 2004. Prior to that, he served for six years on the city countil. Judge Brown is a member of the Crittenden County Lions Club, the Citizens Foster Child Review Board and the American Legion, and enjoys his grandchildren, fishing and golfing.

Robert B. Frazer
Robert (Bart) Frazer, an attorney with Greenwell and Frazer in Marion, KY, has been on the PADD board since July 1999, and currently serves as the Secretary. Bart received his BBA from the University of Kentucky in 1989, his MBA from Murray State University in 1995, and his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 1997. He is the City Attorney for Marion and an Assistant Crittenden County Attorney.

Roger Simpson has served on the PADD board since September 2003. He served in the Army, and is a retired airline pilot. He enjoys breeding natural gaited horses, and hunting. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Kentucky.

Jim Hatfield is a pharmacist who has served on the PADD Board since July 2000. He enjoys golfing, bridge and gardening, and has been named the Chamber of Commerce "Man of the Year" and Lions Club "Lion of the Year". He holds a BS in Pharmacy from Samford University.

Donald Carroll, Hopkins County Judge/Executive, has served on the PADD Board since January 2007. With more than 20 years experience in both law enforcement and transportation saftey, he has served in many capacities including Sheriff of Hopkins County, and is a former President of the Kentucky Sheriff's Association.

Stacia Peyton, Mayor of Dawson Springs, has served on the PADD board since July 1998. She is a former Hopkins County Democratic Party Woman of the Year, B &PW Woman of the Year and has received numerous other community service awards.

Frank Stafford, Mayor of Mortons Gap, has served on the PADD board since July 1995. He is the pastor of Lively Stone Church in Nortonville and a member of the Habitat Pastor Advisory Board. He enjoys reading and sightseeing.

Chris Lasher, Livingston County Judge Executive, has been a member of the PADD board since January 2003, and is currently serving as the Board Vice-Chairman. He is Chairman of the Regional Recycling Board. He is an active sportsman (President of the Lola Sports Club), and enjoys carpentry and investing. Chris holds an Associates degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Charles Cooper has been a member of the PADD board since 2004. He is a retired Monumental Life insurance agent, a lifelong resident of Ledbetter, and has served as a Deacon of the Ohio Valley Baptist Church for 40 years, and is currently Secretary of the Ledbetter Masonic Lodge. He has two children and five grandchildren, and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Hazel Demery has been a member of the PADD board since July 1999. She is an Industrial Nurse, a graduate of the Blytheville Hospital School of Nurses, and enjoys her community service, traveling and her family. She has received the Governor's Outstanding Kentuckian Award, and serves on several statewide boards.

Rell Peck, the Mayor of Salem, has been a member of the PADD board since August 2006. He is retired after 20 years ownership of a local trucking company, and holds Bachelor's Degrees from Southern Illinois University and Western Kentucky University. He has been active in the Lion's Club for more than 25 years, serving as Deputy District Governor for four years.

Rick Newman, Muhlenberg County Judge Executive, has served on the PADD board since January 2007. He received a BS degree from David Lipscomb College, and has 28 years experience in the steel industry, and served on the Muhlenberg County School Board for 14 years; 10 as Chairman.

Ed DeArmond has been a member of the PADD board since January 2007. He is a retired Kentucky State Police Lieutenant, serving as Assistant Post Commander of Post 2 for 16 years.

David Rhoades, City Clerk/Administrator of Central City has served on the PADD board since July 2002. He is an Agriculture graduate of Western Kentucky University who farms tobacco. He also serves as the Alcohol/Beverage Control Officer for Central City, and has adopted two children from Guatemala.

Lyn Bailey, Mayor of Cadiz, Kentucky. He has served on the board since January 1999. He received his BS from Memphis State University.

Steve Allen has served on the PADD board since November 1994. He is the Plant Manager for KY Machine & Engineering in Cadiz, KY. Steve was the Chamber President in 1995; and Trigg County Rotarian of the Year in 1996. Steve attended Murray State University for Business Administration.

Agnes Radford has served on the PADD board since July 2002. She is pursuing a religious education degree at Hopkinsville College of the Bible, teaches Sunday School, and enjoys playing the piano and sewing.
