Thank you for your interest in WorkNow Kentucky, the subsidized employment program for individuals who need and want jobs. The WorkNow program will pay 100% of the cost of the wages for any WorkNow Kentucky participant placed at your worksite through September 4, 2010. We hope that this opportunity will allow you to grow your business while also helping people become employed and gain experience. You may even decide that you want to keep the person as an employee when the program ends.

To start the process to be a WorkNow Kentucky employer, fill out an on-line registration and job description(s). You will be contacted by a WKWIB WorkNow program staff when your registration is approved. As soon as a Worksite Agreement is approved and signed then you can interview and select workers to fill your jobs. You may also contact Business Services staff to help you complete your registration, Worksite Agreement and provide your job description information.
